We are hiring an Operations Specialist to join our team in Dublin.

 

Operations Specialist Responsibilities

- Act as first point of contact for clients online or on the phone, including handling sensitive information and situations.

- Support therapists and clients alike with any queries or concerns they may have.

- Organise confidential client data including personal details, attendance and session payments.

- Collaborate with referral partners to ensure clients are easily able to access service.

- Answer complex questions and escalate those cases that need further support through the appropriate channels.  

- Provide support and feedback and creative solutions to improve the working health of the Operations Team.

- Maintain facilities such as office supplies and therapy room standards.

- Ensure policies and procedures are kept up to date for staff and mental health professionals.

- Manage room allocations and therapist scheduling in line with HQ service level agreement.

- Monitor MyMind’s capacity to deliver services and identify when recruitment is required.

- Support the application process for new candidates and collection of relevant documents.

- Support induction training and initial onboarding for new starters, supporting and managing a positive candidate experience.

- Performing other duties as assigned e.g. general administration.

 

Desired skills and experience:

- Understanding of the mental health sector and sensitive nature of therapeutic services

- Technical competency and computer skills

- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision to deliver objectives on time

 

This position is office-based from one of our three Dublin offices as we require a presence onsite to support our mental health professionals and clients.

 

Job Type: Full-time

 

Salary: Up to €27,000.00 per year

 

Location: Dublin (various locations) & full time office based
