This Website and the Services provided by MyMind, its employees, volunteers, agents and interns (“MyMind”) are governed by these Terms and Conditions, in addition to the MyMind Confidentiality Statement, Privacy Policy, User Agreement and Cancellation Policy (collectively called “the Regulations”).

When you (“a User”) access this website, send an e-mail with a request for help/advice or avail of any other service from MyMind you automatically accept the Regulations. You have read and accepted the Regulations and you understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not wish to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not view or use any of https://mymind.org / https://app.mymind.org / https://e-mymind.org websites and/or services.

Each person who wishes to use MyMind services has to register in MyMind Appointment system. The MyMind Appointment system is available on https://app.mymind.org/ (“the website”) and it is run by MyMind, a non profit organisation with charity no. CHY17600.

MyMind consultants provide face to face and online mental health support either in a designated office or via the comprehensive “e-MyMind Service“, and designated video call address available on the https://mymind.org website.

MyMind services are affordable and the current price list is published and updated regularly. In addition, selected services are free of charge. Every visitor/client can support MyMind by sending a voluntary donation via Credit/Debit card payment or bank transfer.

Personal clients’ details are used only for the purpose of setting up an appointment with a mental health professional and are not available to third parties except in some specific and limited circumstances described further in our Confidentiality Statement.

By sending an e-mail with a request for help/advice, the person automatically gives permission to MyMind to cite described problems and situations in any on-line or published educational materials. Clients’ personal details always remain anonymous.

The correspondence between any clients and mental health professionals cannot be published without the written consent of MyMind who in turn will not publish such correspondence without the express consent of you the client.

NOTE: We use state of the art EV SSL (secure socket layer) for entire mymind.org and e-mymind.org to secure sensitive information.
