Wired FM in Limerick, the student radio station for Mary Immaculate College, talks to MyMind therapist Vincent Ryan on Wired FM in Limerick on the topic of loneliness. Vincent talks about the challenge of dealing with loneliness particularly for students during the pandemic and suggests some strategies for how best to manage it.
