MyMind Webinar Series: Worry and Fear

As a result of its work throughout the country, MyMind knows that the Covid-19 pandemic is creating a lot of additional mental health challenges for people. In response, MyMind has developed a short series of webinars hosted by our therapists to offer some help and support to people who are struggling on a daily basis. 

This second in the webinar series focused on managing worry and fear during the during Covid-19 pandemic. 

Presented by MyMind therapist Annalisa Nardini, it offers some useful tips and advice for people to manage their worry and stress during these challenging times. The webinar follows a lecture-style presentation and finishes with a Q&A session.
