MyMind Webinar Series: Work from home tips

MyMind is only too aware of the serious mental health challenges which people are experiencing as a result of Covid-19. 

In order to support people through this difficult time, we have devised a series of short webinars hosted by our therapists to offer some help and support to people who are struggling on a daily basis. 

 This first webinar took place on Thursday, November 19 at 11 am and focused on the difficulties of maintaining a healthy work/life balance while working from home during Covid-19. 

This was a free public event. 

Presented by MyMind therapist James Byrne, it offers some useful tips to make this process easier. Following a lecture-style presentation, there is also a short Q&A.
