MyMind has developed this short series of webinars hosted by our therapists to offer some help and support to people who are struggling on a daily basis with the realities of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Covid-19 has presented a range of problems in daily living which have led to increased challenges to people's mental health. This is the fourth and final webinar in the current series and deals with how best to manage difficult feelings.
MyMind therapist Annalisa Nardini gives us some useful insights into how best to manage the range of difficult feelings that many of us often experience, and which may have become more pronounced during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This is a useful webinar for those who are interested in tips and advice about keeping our mental health in good shape.
The presentation was followed by a Q&A session during which participants asked a range of interesting questions. This was a free public event.
