MyMind video series: Sarah Edmonds
By: Lorraine Hackett
Updated: 26 September 2017

In the latest of our video series, Dublin-based therapist Sarah Edmonds talks about how speaking to a therapist can help bring more clarity to your life.
“I think for a lot of us, we don’t have someone in our lives who’s there just to listen and support. I think therapy can be very supportive and offer a lot of clarity because you’re just sitting with another person. They’re there to support you, they’re there to encourage you and they’re not there to judge you.”
To book an appointment with Sarah at our Dublin South centre or another member of our team, please book online here, or get in touch with our team at hq@mymind.org or by calling 076 680 1060.
