MyMind teams up with Ian McKinley

Ian McKinley partnership
With World Mental Health Month being celebrated this October, MyMind has teamed up with former Leinster and international rugby player, Ian McKinley, to highlight the importance of looking after your mental health and raising awareness of some of the support services available.
Forced to retire from professional rugby after losing the sight in his left eye at the age of 21, McKinley made a remarkable return to the highest level of the game and is now keen to share the story of how he overcame his struggles.
To kick-off the partnership, MyMind will be hosting a live Q&A on Instagram on Wednesday, October 5th, from 7pm and we would love to have as many people as possible tuning in.
