2021 Webinar Series: Taking care of close relationships in the Pandemic
Updated: 19 February 2021
MyMind has developed this short series of webinars hosted by our therapists to offer help and support to people who are struggling on a daily basis with the realities of the Covid-19 pandemic. Covid-19 has presented a range of problems in daily living which have led to increased challenges to people's mental health.
This is the third in the MyMind Spring 2021 Webinar series and provides tips and practical suggestions for dealing with the challenges of taking care of our close personal relationships during the pandemic.
Karolina Jurasik, one of MyMind's therapists, offers some useful suggestions on how to look after our close personal relationships during this difficult time, and reduce the stress and anxiety that can often go hand in hand with those specific relationships.
There was a live Q&A session at the end of the presentation, and this was a free public event.
The entire webinar is now available to view on MyMind's YouTube channel at MyMind Webinar Spring 2021 #3 February 25: Close Personal Relationships.
