2021 Webinar Series: Dealing with Emotional Triggers

MyMind has developed this short series of webinars hosted by our therapists to offer help and support to people who are struggling on a daily basis with the realities of the Covid-19 pandemic. Covid-19 has presented a range of problems in daily living which have led to increased challenges to people's mental health.

The second in the MyMind Spring 2021 Webinar series provided tips and practical suggestions for dealing with the challenges to our mental health posed by emotional triggers.

Vincent Ryan, one of MyMind's therapists, offered some useful suggestions on how to deal with the emotional triggers which can cause us a great deal of stress and anxiety.  Vincent gave us some practical solutions as to what to do when we feel triggered, as we try to manage our stresses and anxieties, which may have become more pronounced during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

There was a live Q&A session at the end of the presentation, and this was a free public event.

The entire webinar is now available to view on MyMind's YouTube channel at MyMind Webinar Spring 2021 #2 February 11: Emotional Triggers

In addition, the link to the RAIN exercise which was conducted at the end of the session is here.
