Service description:

MyMind Local enables individuals in the community, experiencing mild-to-moderate mental health difficulties, to have direct and affordable access to on-site counselling and psychotherapeutic support.

By addressing waiting lists and access barriers to mental health services at primary care level, we are working towards giving every person in Ireland easy access to affordable mental health support early, directly, without stigma or delay.

This service also provides free counselling to those in Mayo who have been affected by defective concrete blocks/MICA/pyrite. 

We are located in Tacú - Ballinrobe Family Resource Centre.

Parking: There is limited free parking available at the Credit Union House. To access this carpark, drive through the arch in the building between Vodafone and the Credit Union. Alternatively, there is paid on-street parking (60c per/hour).

We are located in Tacú—Ballinrobe Family Resource Centre which is located in Credit Union House on the Main Street in Ballinrobe, Co. Mayo.

To access us, go through the arch in the building (between the Vodafone shop and the Credit Union) from the Main Street. The entrance into Tacú—Ballinrobe Family Resource Centre is on the left-hand side.

On your first appointment, the mental health professional will meet you at the door/in the reception.
