About me:

Siobhán is completing the (BA) in Counselling and Psychotherapy at Munster Technological University. Siobhán is also a qualified Guidance Counsellor having completed the Guidance Counselling and Lifespan development (PGD) in University of Limerick.

Siobhán's approach to her work is integrative and humanistic tailoring her sessions to each of her client's needs and pace. Siobhán provides a safe, empathetic, non-judgemental and confidential space. The theoretical pillars which influence her work includes Person Centred Theory, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis. Siobhán believes the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is important. Siobhán offers both short and long term therapy.
