Emma Doyle has a BA (Honours) degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Cork Institute of Technology and is a fully accredited member of IACP (Irish Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy). Emma has also completed Gottman Level 1 and 2 couples therapy and also gained a professional certificate in Couples Therapy from PCI College Ireland.

As a therapist Emma is passionate about self-discovery and enjoys accompanying clients on their journey of exploration and healing.

Emma draws on a variety of therapeutic frameworks and concepts in her work with clients which include integrative, humanistic, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), transactional analysis, internal family systems (IFS) and gestalt approaches. Emma believes in tailoring the approach to suit the specific needs of each individual client. Emma provides a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their issues in confidence.

In addition to her formal qualifications Emma continues to develop through relevant continued professional development, and stays current with emerging theories and practices to best support her clients in achieving their goals.
