As an integrative psychotherapist Zoe combines different theoretical elements to provide a strong foundation as a basis for the therapeutic relationship. Her relational approach integrates aspects of Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, Gestalt, Psychoanalytic, Object Relations, Humanistic and Cognitive approaches that meets the individual where they are at, putting the client at the centre of the relationship.

Zoe has been working with individual clients since 2016 and joined the MyMind team in 2018. Through her work Zoe encourages the individual to hold a curiosity about themselves. No matter how a person feels or what juncture in life a person may be at, the uniqueness of the therapeutic relationship allows for a different possibilities.

Zoe believes the therapeutic relationship is a transformative relationship that provides a safe space where individual needs, expectations and life experiences can be explored and held. Through self-exploration and understanding the impact of life experiences, not only is greater self-awareness achievable, but a greater understanding of who we are and how we are in relationships can also be achieved.
