About me:

Wiktoria holds a Masters in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Derby. Wiktoria is a registered member of the BACP and follows the ethical values and principles of the BACP code of ethics.
Prior to this, Wiktoria completed an Honours Degree in Applied Psychology at UCC, which has guided her toward a passion for working as a psychotherapist.

Wiktoria works from an integrative perspective, which means respecting each client and their unique needs. In the therapeutic relationship, it is of the highest importance to meet her clients where they are at in their life and provide a safe, warm space for them. The client is the expert of their experience and the work Wiktoria focuses on is to help her clients find their own tools, insights, and solutions and empower her clients to live a valued life.
Wiktoria understands how early adverse experiences in childhood or at any stage of one's life can impact the way the individual views the world around them. Wiktoria provides a space for identifying unhelpful thought patterns to help uncover negative core beliefs about the self, others, and the world which are often buried deeply but can be triggered in everyday life situations. Much of this work starts with tuning into the here and now and delving into one's emotional conflicts in a safe, step-by-step process that the client is comfortable with.
