About me:

Sue firmly believes that nothing is so awful that it can't be talked about with someone. She sees it as her job to create a safe, confidential, non-judgemental and respectful space for you to explore the issues that bring you to therapy. Working together, Sue hopes that the weight of your worries will lessen and that you will enhance the coping skills you already have and perhaps learn some new ones.

Compassion, kindness and honesty are key foundations of how Sue works. She has worked for many years with children, young people and adults to promote their safety and wellbeing and to support them in making the changes they want to make in their life. Sue has a degree in social science, a masters in social work, a diploma in life and business coaching, a certificate in addiction studies and a masters in counselling and psychotherapy.
