About me:
Stephanie has successfully completed a BSc honours degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy with the Institute of Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (IICP).
A skill that distinguishes Stephanie’s approach is the ability to work with clients of different backgrounds. This is due to her high familiarity with the Italian, West African, British, and Irish cultures; as well as her vast cultural knowledge deriving from numerous personal experiences.
Stephanie offers individual counselling and psychotherapy sessions using an Integrative approach, which is based on a detailed consideration of the individual’s needs and goals in order to respond adequately to clients’ uniqueness. This method draws upon a wide range of approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural, Psychodynamic, Person-centred, Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy techniques etc.
