About me:

Siobhan successfully holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy with the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences. Her studies were broad and included: Humanistic Therapy, CBT, Integrative Therapy, Psychodynamic approaches, Bereavement, loss and grief and Person-Centred Therapy.

Siobhan is a fully accredited Member of APCP and abides by APCP’s strict code of Ethics and regularly attends supervision to support her work, while continuing to attend CPD’s and further education in the field.

Siobhan is available for short term and long-term client engagement, on a one-to-one basis with adults, in English. Siobhan has an Integrative and Humanistic approach, where the quality of the therapeutic relationship is of utmost importance. With a focus on creating a collaborative, safe, supportive, encouraging and non-judgemental environment, Siobhan encourages Clients to freely explore their own feelings and circumstances and develop self-awareness and understanding of their own capacity to resolve challenges and enhance their lives.
