About me:

Sinead holds a MA in counselling and psychotherapy from ICHAS and a higher diploma in Psychology and a social science degree from UCC. Sinead is pre-accredited with NAPCP and a graduate member of PSI.

As well as working as psychotherapist, Sinead has over ten years’ experience working as a social care worker supporting people with addiction, families, young people, and people experiencing homelessness. This background affords Sinead with a great understanding of the complexity of individuals and empathy for the challenges people face.

Sinead is an integrative psychotherapist, which means that she adapts her approach to meet the individual needs of each client within the therapeutic space. Her approach is rooted in kindness and compassion with a focus on building a secure therapeutic relationship to help client's process and regulate their emotions and to reach their goals.
