About me:

Sinead has successfully completed her M.A. in Counselling & Psychotherapy in Cognitive Behavioural Modalities with the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences.

The approach of Sinead to each therapy session is person centred, working around building the therapeutic relationship with the client from the first session. She has a particular interest in CBT, Mindfulness and Person-centred therapy.

Sinead aims to provide a non-judgmental and supportive environment for the client, and work towards positive growth and change.

Sinead is available for both short and long term work with clients and works on a one-to-one basis. She maintains a high standard of therapeutic practice by regularly attending supervision and working within her accrediting bodies ethical framework.

Sinead is a pre-accredited member of NAPCP and adheres to their Code of ethics. (Member: 250660)
