About me:

Sinead holds a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Munster Technological University (MTU). She is a fully qualified therapist and a pre-accredited member of IACP, and works in accordance with the organisation’s Code of Ethics.

Sinead’s training provides her with a variety of theoretical frameworks from which she draws upon, including Person-centred, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and IFS, allowing her to tailor her work to meet the needs of each individual client.

Sinead believes in providing a supportive and non-judgmental space to allow clients to explore any difficulties or life challenges they face. She works in collaboration with the client to help them achieve their therapy goals in a safe and confidential environment. She will work at the client’s pace, providing both short- and long-term psychotherapy.
