Sheena completed her studies In MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy with the College of Humanities and Applied Science (ICHAS) and is a pre accredited member of the Association of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP) since Jan 2023 and adheres to the code of ethics. Membership No is MBR10965
Sheena offers an integrative and holistic approach to mental health and well being and is a qualified Mental Health & Wellbeing Coach and Somatic Sex Educator with experience in working with addiction, families, and communities since 2010. Sheena’s particular areas of interest are trauma, sex, sexuality and relationships and recognises the importance of continued professional development in all areas of interest. She continues to build and develop her repertoire in an effort to remain current and informed of the latest research and developments that best support her clients process.
Sheena credits her educational, professional and lived experience as the foundations which supports her empathic and individualistic approach towards trauma informed practice while acknowledging each clients unique curiosity.
