About me:

Sarah holds a BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and an MSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy from IICP. She has expanded her expertise with diplomas in Trauma Informed Psychotherapy, Addiction, and Adolescent Psychotherapy, which enhance her clinical practice and allow her to provide specialised support to a broad range of clients.

Sarah employs an Integrative approach, customising her methods to meet each client's unique needs. She prioritises the development of a trusting therapeutic relationship, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel at ease. Believing strongly in client autonomy, she empowers clients to set the focus, pace, and depth of their sessions, guiding them in understanding and addressing their concerns.

With extensive experience in supporting individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger, relationship difficulties, self-harm, suicidal ideation, bereavement by suicide, childhood trauma, low self-esteem, isolation, and loneliness, Sarah now also works with adolescents. Her specialised training in adolescent psychotherapy equips her to effectively support young people through their unique challenges.
