About me:

Sarah is currently completing her B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy at Cork Counselling Services Training Institute, validated by Coventry University.

Sarah's approach to her work is Integrative and Humanistic therapy drawing from several different modalities including, Person Centred, Gestalt and Existentialism.

Sarah abides by the IACP Code of Ethics, recognising the importance of safety, respect and confidentiality in the therapeutic relationship.

She believes everyone is unique and tailors her approach around each client and their needs encompassing three core conditions of empathy, congruence & unconditional positive regard.

Sarah’s aim is to create a safe, welcoming, compassionate, and inclusive space open to exploration so to encourage clients on a journey conducive to healing, personal awareness, and growth.

In the words of Maya Angelou, “Life is not merely to survive but to thrive, and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humour and some style.”
