Rachel holds a BSc (hons) degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from PCI and is a pre-accredited member of IACP. Rachels therapeutic modalities are CBT, Psychodynamic, Humanistic and Existential.

She is committed to helping people to build healthier relationships with themselves in all areas of their life. Rachels work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits and beliefs of oneself.
