About me:

Paula has trained in Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person Centred Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Couples Therapy and is a fully accredited member with the IACP.

Paula is available to work with clients on a short time basis to address specific issues, as well as working longer term with clients who require a more comprehensive approach to resolve deep rooted issues and conflicts.

Paula works therapeutically with each client and uses various methods and techniques to help the client process their feelings, achieve personal growth and change, and to gain a better understanding of themselves. Paula works with individuals over the age of 18 and couples. she also has experience working with a client who is going through gender transformation.

Paula is passionate about working with people who present with mental health issues and to providing the necessary supports to anyone who is going through a crisis or a difficult situation in their personal life. She is empathic and non judgmental and believes that therapy should be available to anyone who wishes to avail of it, no matter what their personal circumstances are.
