About me:

Michelle provides a safe, confidential, space to talk about any difficulties you may be experiencing. She is dedicated to supporting people to move forward with their suffering and experience more joy and freedom in life.

Michelle offers short-term or open-ended therapy to help her clients gain a greater sense of vitality and well-being. Her blend of Psychodynamic and Internal Family Systems therapy yields positive results in uncovering the root causes of psychological difficulties.

With a background in early years, she has a special interest in unresolved childhood trauma, separation, and loss. By understanding the origins of guilt and shame that lead to negative self-evaluations, her compassionate approach enables one to become their true self.
