About me:
Michele is an Humanistic and Integrative psychotherapist; using elements of Person-centered and Psychodynamic psychotherapy therapy in his work with clients.
Michele believes that the therapist is there to facilitate the client’s journey in a non-directive non- judgmental way.
The most important thing to start that journey is to create a safe therapeutic environment where any theoretic tool at the therapist disposal is given consideration according to its suitability leading therefore to a mainly integrative approach.
Michele also employs the therapeutic use of self; putting the client at the center of the therapeutic work through any technique that may be of help in a specific situation and person.
Michele trained in Ireland and qualified to work with English as well as Italian. He works with adult individual clients and is available for both short and long term therapy.
