About me:
Mary strives to facilitate and support her clients own process of recognising, accepting and ultimately resolving their issues at their own pace and in a way that is both enriching and empowering.
She sees each and every client as a unique individual worthy of unconditional acceptance, encouragement and a collaborative meeting of minds. At the very heart of her therapy is a genuine non-judgemental attitude towards her clients allowing them perhaps for the first time to experience what it means to be heard, to express themselves and to fully explore who they truly are as a person.
Mary is a fully qualified and experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist.
She trained at Cork Institute of Technology and is a fully accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (I.A.C.P) Mary follows a strict code of ethics and attends regular supervision to support her work.
Mary is available for both short-term, solution-focused and long-term client work on a one to one basis with adults.
