About me:

Mary is a graduate member of PSI – the Psychological Society of Ireland and a fully accredited member of IACP and has qualifications in counselling psychology and organisational psychology. She is a final year professional doctorate trainee in counselling psychology and psychotherapy.

She has extensive humanistic and integrative training experience and is committed to fostering a depth of empathy, compassion, and integrity in relationships with clients.
She works with adults with psychological concerns of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and relational and developmental trauma. Mary’s approach focuses on how clients can bring about change in their life to support wellness and healing.

Mary is committed to her personal, professional and practitioner development and engages in regular supervision. She has experience working with clients in residential and educational settings, hospital, and community-based counselling services.

Mary is available for long-term work with adults on an individual basis face-to-face.
