Maria Plamada has a BA Hons in Counselling and Psychotherapy (July 2013), awarded from Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences, Limerick, Ireland. She also obtained a Graduate Diploma in Sociology (Social Research) with University of Limerick (August 2011), a Master Degree in Public Policy and Advocacy (June 2006) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Sciences (June 2003) with University of West, Timisoara, Romania. Maria is a pre-accredited member with NAPCP (National Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). Her main psychotherapeutic approach, at present, is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Maria’s goal is to offer a safe, non-judgemental and supportive environment, where the client can express and explore emotions, feelings, difficulties and needs, for a better self-knowledge in order to improve the relation with himself/herself and with the others for happier and healthier relations and consequently a happy life.
