About me:
Majella has a BA(Hons) degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Munster Technological University.
Majella's therapeutic approach is humanistic and integrative. This relational approach draws on aspects of Person-Centred, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Internal Family Systems, Attachment and Sensorimotor. She meets the client where they are at and puts the client at the centre of the relationship.
Majella aims to co-create a therapeutic relationship where the issues, needs, wants and goals of her clients can be identified, expressed and explored safely.
She believes that the therapeutic relationship is transformative providing a safe, confidential and non judgemental space where each client can reach their full potential. She believes that each individual has the capacity and strength to resolve their issues with the appropriate support in place.
