About me:

Liz holds a Bachelors' degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University, London. Her studies were located at PCI College in Clondalkin. She is an accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). Liz completed a Masters degree in Applied Spirituality in Waterford Institute of Technology in 2017.
As a counsellor/psychotherapist, Liz has nearly twenty years of experience of working with adult clients of every age. Liz has worked with clients on a wide range of issues, including existential worries, addiction, anxiety, workplace bullying, low self-esteem and domestic violence.
Liz believes in providing a safe place for clients to explore whatever issues they wish to bring to the therapeutic space.
