About me:
Lindita is a fully qualified therapist holding an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy and has worked with clients experiencing trauma, loss, displacement, relationship and workplace difficulties, depression and anxiety. Lindita is passionate about supporting family members of individuals with disabilities and women’s issues such as peripartum and menopause.
As an integrative Counsellor, Lindita journeys with each client maintaining unconditional positive regard and providing a confidential safe space in which healing conversations can lead to resilience and renewed strength. Lindita brings into the counselling room cultural humility having lived and worked in Albania, Italy, New Zealand and Ireland and having worked with individuals from different walks of life and faith.
