About me:

Kasia Odynokow is currently pursuing a Level 9 qualification in Gestalt Psychotherapy at the Gestalt Institute of Ireland. As a student member of both the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and the Irish Association of Humanistic & Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP), she adheres to their strict Code of Ethics. Kasia is committed to delivering high-quality care and engages in regular supervision with a qualified external supervisor to ensure best practices in her work.

Kasia deeply values the principles of active listening, being fully present, and helping clients increase their self-awareness. She believes these elements are key to unlocking personal potential and fostering more fulfilling relationships.

Her therapeutic approach is holistic, addressing the entire person by exploring the interconnectedness of thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. Kasia has witnessed that healing and growth can occur in the present moment, even for those who have endured deep pain in the past. She also integrates mindfulness practices to support clients in cultivating greater self-awareness and acceptance.

Kasia is passionate about fostering a horizontal, human-level relationship between therapist and client. Her focus on presence, context, and the moment-to-moment experience enables a multidimensional therapeutic connection, which she is dedicated to cultivating in her practice.
