Julie Golden has a BA (Hons) in Psychotherapy and Counselling. She has also completed the Advanced Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).

Julie is a competent and reflective practitioner who practices the core concepts of counselling in a person centered and empowering way. Julie creates a non- judgmental, caring and safe environment during times of pain and personal adjustments. She is a dynamic facilitator who promotes self-awareness, personal growth and well-being leading to more empowered individuals. Julie combines CBT skills with Humanistic approaches to therapy to help create insight and coping strategies that support clients to move forward and enhance their quality of life. She is also a strong advocate of the importance of Self-care.
