About me:

Therapy can be beneficial to individuals for a variety of reasons. Whether you need to explore your relationships, your internal world or something difficult from your past or present; therapy has the potential to help.

Jade aims to offer a healing space, providing support for reflection and discovery.
Her counselling approach is holistic, meaning the whole person, mind, body and soul is addressed. An integrative approach is used which is adapted to fit the needs of each client. By creating an atmosphere of warmth, safety and curiosity, she aims to help clients to approach difficult and painful feelings instead of avoiding them and to support them to make sense of their problems, and release ways of coping that are no longer serving them.

Jade strongly believes in the importance of a personalised approach. The ethos is simple, both therapist and client work together from a place of understanding and to collaboratively discover the potential stress and suffering that clients are experiencing within the context of their life-history.

Jade aims to provide a supportive environment that allows you, the client, to discuss your issues in a nonjudgmental space. The therapeutic connection becomes the safe space and enables change and growth to happen for you.

It is important for clients to have the experience of feeling seen and understood. Jade endeavours to ensure clients leave sessions with new perspectives, with feelings of relief, and with renewed optimism, energy and self-compassion.
