About me:
Helena graduated from the Irish College of Humanities and applied sciences with an honours level 8 degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
She also holds a level 8 higher diploma in Coaching/Coaching Psychology. She believes in empowering others in a way that assists them in reaching their full potential and goals.
Helena’s foundational approach is Humanistic integrative encompassing a Person-centred and emotion-focused approach. Also included are aspects of Transactional Analysis as well as Internal Family Systems depending on the client’s needs.
