About me:

The most important thing in therapy is the relationship that the client and the therapist form as they work together. Therapy is a big commitment of time, money, and emotional energy. It is therefore very important that the client feels safe, understood, and listened to, and that they like talking to the therapist they are working with. This philosophy guides Greta in all her work with clients.

Greta aims to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where issues can be explored without judgement. She primarily draws on the Person-Centered and Relational modalities in her work and uses various other frameworks or methodologies when it is helpful to the clients (including Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Internal Family Systems, Neuro-Affective Relational Model, and others). She currently offers sessions to individual clients who are 18 years or older.

Greta is a qualified integrative psychotherapist, having completed her BA (Hons) Counselling and Psychotherapy degree at MTU in 2023. She also holds a
