About me:

Gemma O'Neill is a fully accredited member of the NAPCP. She completed her master's degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy with the Irish College of Humanities & Applied Sciences (ICHAS). She also holds a bachelor's degree in Applied Social Care.  Gemma works using an Integrative and Humanistic Approach when working with clients.

Gemma can support adults in a gentle and flexible way through individual face-to-face or online sessions through talk therapy. Her practice is fuled by a range of different therapeutic approaches including Person Centred Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Psychoeducation and Psychodynamic Therapy. Her genuine care and passion for supporting others helps clients to feel at ease as they explore their thoughts and feelings.

Gemma aims to support her clients in developing ways of coping and dealing with their difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences so the client can regain control and nurture themselves.
