Frances holds an honours degree in Applied Social Studies in Counselling (2000) from Cork Institute of Technology (now Munster Technical University) and is an Accredited Member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
Frances’s core approach is based on humanistic & integrative Psychotherapy.
Frances’s philosophy as an Integrative therapist, is that each individual is unique and that building a genuine, non-judgemental, empathetic therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is the most important agents for change.
It is through this relationship that people can explore their issues, increase their awareness and understand and unlock their own resources.
