About me:

Emma is a relational psychotherapist and uses an integrative-humanistic approach to therapy. Her approach is focused on providing a safe, inclusive space and building a secure therapeutic relationship with her clients to help them in all areas of their life.

Emma uses a variety of therapies including Person Centred, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment theory, Trauma Focused, Mindfulness and Somatic Therapy. Her approach is tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of her clients.

Emma has an honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from MTU and is a Pre-Accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and adheres to their code of conduct and ethics. Emma recently completed a professional certificate in Adolescent Studies delivered by Bronagh Starrs to further support and guide her work with parents.
