About me:
Emma Dunbar is a Qualified Counsellor. Emma studied at St Patrick College Maynooth University. Emma also studied with PCI College.
Emma has experience working with both couples and Individuals. Emma has worked with organisations like Carlow Mental Health Association, The Dmc clinic, VHI and Accord. Emma has also delivered workshops on anxiety and communication .
Emma works from a Person Centred Approach. She feels the client is the expert and her job is to support, facilitate and educate clients and couples.
She works with Couples & Individuals on a number of issues Communication, Infidelity, Domestic Abuse, Trauma, Anger, Depression, Bereavement,Anxiety, Neurodiversity in particular Adult ADHD and Suicide.
