About me:
Emma Byrne is a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor and Art Psychotherapist, registered with the IACP (Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and pre-accredited, offering a supportive and empathetic space for individuals seeking personal growth, healing, and self-discovery.
As an integrative counsellor, Emma adopts a holistic approach to therapy, primarily focusing on a person-centred philosophy. She creates a non-judgmental and confidential environment where clients can freely express themselves. Drawing from a rich tapestry of therapeutic theories, including somatic, mindfulness, narrative, psychodynamic, and CBT, she customizes their approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, Emma incorporates art psychotherapy into their practice. The power of art as a means of self-expression and communication. Emma works with clients, regardless of their artistic experience, to use art as a tool for self-discovery and transformation.
