About me:
Elizabeth holds a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy and is a member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Elizabeth believes the most crucial thing she can provide is an honest human to human connection. She is committed to integrating her training with her own life experiences to create a safe non judgmental space which allows clients to explore any difficulties and issues they may face.
She believes every one is unique and tailors her approach around each client and their needs, drawing from several different modalities including, Person Centred, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Internal Family Systems and Attachment Theory.
