About me:

Elaine has successfully completed an honours degree in humanistic integrative counselling and psychotherapy with Cork Counselling Services Training Institute (CCSTI). Humanistic integrative counselling takes into consideration the whole aspect of a person's life encompassing their body, emotions, thoughts, feelings and spiritual aspects.

Elaine's belief is that human relationship is both the source of many of our problems and also the solution. When she meets with people on their personal journeys of pain, this may be trauma, loss, family conflict, relationship issues or low self-esteem to name a few. Elaine's approach is to meet each individual where they are and relate to them skilfully.

Elaine offers a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space to explore and understand whatever challenges her clients are facing on their journey. Elaine's approach is rooted in warmth and compassion, encouraging personal growth and movement beyond old patterns leading to more contentment and satisfaction in their life.

Elaine is a pre-accredited member with the IACP and works in accordance with the organisations code of ethics.
