About me:

Dominika holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Economics and Human Sciences in Warsaw (Poland) with specialization in Health Psychology and Psychotherapy and is a graduate member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI). She has completed Postgraduate course in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (PGC in CBT, Lower Silesian Center for Psychotherapy in Wroclaw, Poland) and attended various training courses and workshops in the area of: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Rational Behaviour Therapy (RBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy Level 1 (SFBT), Schema Therapy and other therapeutic interventions. She also attends regular supervision.

In her approach, Dominika offers a safe, non-judgemental, supportive environment. In the space of understanding and acceptance, the client can gain a better understanding of their needs, goals and issues and can learn how to overcome their difficulties and grow.

Dominika believes in the importance of client's strengths and personal resourcing and emphasises the importance of psychoeducation.
