About me:
Debbie holds a BA(Hons) in counselling with addiction and has been working in the addiction services for several years. Debbie is fully accredited with The Addiction Counsellors of Ireland (ACI) and is currently working towards accreditation with The Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
Working from a core Rogerian Person-Centred approach, Debbie believes that every client is the expert on themselves and within a supportive, non-judgmental, space, they can explore their unique experiences leading to deeper understanding, healing and growth. Additionally, as an integrative counsellor, through the development of a trusting relationship, Debbie can offer a therapeutic space that will meet the individual needs of each client.
As a member of the ACI and the IACP Debbie is bound by their ethical principles and guidelines and will strive to practice in a safe, confidential and ethical manner at all times.
