Darren has a BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. Darren is a person-centered therapist who provides a supportive and non-judgmental space to allow clients to explore any difficulties or challenges they face in their lives. Darren works closely with people collaborating with them to find a therapeutic approach that suits their own individual needs. Darren believes in empowering people to help them achieve their therapy goals in a safe and confidential space in a journey of self-exploration and healing. He meets a person where they’re at, letting them set the pace, and offers both short and long-term psychotherapy. Darren believes that each person has within them all the resources they need to live a fulfilled and meaningful life. He offers one-to-one therapy to those aged 18 years and above.
