About me:

Ciarán is an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist and received his qualifications from PCI College. He is also a qualified and fully accredited logotherapist and existential analyst from the Viktor Frankl Institute in Dublin and the International Association of Logotherapy and Existential Analysis in Vienna. He also has a degree in psychology which he received from Dublin Business School.

Ciarán strives to offer a safe, non-judgmental, empathic environment in which clients can reflect and explore their life experiences to gain an understanding of themselves and their relationships with others. He works from a humanistic and integrative approach that draws on complementary perspectives that best suit the needs of the client such as mindfulness, journaling, and psycho-education.
